How we collect, use, and protect your information. Effective June 11, 2026.

Fritz Ink ("Fritz Ink," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit fritzink.com, fill out a form, interact with our ads, or otherwise engage with our business. By using our site or submitting information, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Name, business name, email, phone number, and mailing address
  • Project details you share in quote requests, quizzes, or chats
  • Files, artwork, and content you upload to be printed or mailed
  • Payment information processed by our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers)

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URL, and pages viewed
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (including the Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google tags, and TikTok Pixel) used for analytics and advertising
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address or device

Information from third parties

  • Lead information submitted through Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, Google Lead Forms, TikTok Lead Generation, and similar platforms
  • Analytics, ad-conversion, and audience data from Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Mailing list and address data from licensed direct-mail data providers used to deliver EDDM and targeted mail campaigns

  • Respond to quotes, questions, and service requests
  • Produce, fulfill, and ship print and direct mail orders
  • Send transactional messages (order updates, proofs, invoices) and, with consent, marketing emails or SMS
  • Measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and improve our marketing on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Build custom and lookalike audiences for advertising (you can opt out — see Section 7)
  • Detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable (for example for visitors in the EU/UK), we rely on: your consent (marketing cookies, email/SMS marketing), performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), our legitimate interests (improving our services, securing our site, basic analytics), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed and never sell it. Recipients include:

  • Service providers that host our site, send email/SMS, process payments, print, and deliver mail
  • Advertising and analytics partners — including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), Google LLC, TikTok, and Pinterest — to measure and optimize ads. When required, we send hashed identifiers (e.g., hashed email or phone) via tools like Meta's Conversions API.
  • The United States Postal Service and shipping carriers
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) and authorities when required by law
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and pixels to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and run advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics/Ads, TikTok Pixel, and Pinterest Tag. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and on supported devices through "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Ask App Not to Track" controls.

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, other US state privacy laws, and the EU/UK under GDPR), you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise these rights, email hello@fritzink.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing data is retained until you opt out or it is no longer useful.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate in the United States. If you access our site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-Party Sites & Platforms

Our site and ads may link to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

14. Facebook / Meta-Specific Disclosures

We use Meta's advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and Lead Ads. When you submit a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form, Meta shares your contact information with us so we can follow up about our services. We process that information consistent with this policy and Meta's Custom Audiences Terms and Business Tools Terms. We do not upload sensitive categories of information (such as health, financial, or government identifiers) to Meta. You can control how Meta uses your information at facebook.com/adpreferences.

15. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to SMS, message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. We will not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
